This thing is great if you like to garden and have bad knees. First of all, it folds up and stores easily - must weigh less than 10 pounds. Secondly, you can sit on it and garden OR you can fold it up in such a way that you can kneel on it - and them use one side to help you stand up. If you have knee trouble - get it! Also recommend Treat Your Own Knee Arthritis for some good knee exercises too.

This product is not inexpensive but is indispensable for a gardener with arthritis in their knees. It allows you to easily get up from a kneeling position. The kneeler is adequately padded so as not to injure your knees. I had one before this purchase but someone stole it.

The Garden Kneeler is exactly what I was looking for. It is sturdy and is perfect for kneeling down to clean our your flower beds etc.
