5Xmark Ab Crunch (Incline-Decline) Bench
By M. Pius Potpourri
This product was not only considerably less expensive than analogous products by other manufacturers, it was shipped to my home in California in five days, arriving on a Saturday. Not too shabby.
Overall I am pleased. The height and adjustments and overall size are the same as the heavier enameled model at my gym, but the pad is longer, wider at the shoulders, and mounted a little higher on the frame, so it is far more comfortable, especially considering that my head can't touch the floor (which happens with some other models, tending to be inconvenient and annoying).
The frame is a battleship color, but not ugly and plenty sturdy; plastic fittings are heavy-gauge and not likely to split easily. I have done a number of crunches, performed my upside-down routine with a twelve pound medicine ball (part of my physical therapy, the reason I have a crunch bench in my bedroom to begin with), and just enjoyed the passive inversion. So far it is as good or better in every practical way than every other model I have used, quite a few overall. I consider it to have been a good investment.
--Perhaps the coolest feature is the vertical grip that allows one to climb on or off with ease. Most crunch benches lack this feature, and, as an older disabled person, I really appreciate it--I am used to having to step up on something else to do my crunches, and this is no longer necessary; nor do I pull my back muscles trying to get off!

5Love it
By 300+
I just purchased this item and it was delivered very fast. It took about 10 minutes to assemble. The directions are straight forward and all the tools needed are included in package. The material is very strong and sturdy. I weigh 300+ lbs and the machine holds my weight with ease. The ability to adjust the incline level and make it harder is a major plus for me. Also the size of the bench is great. Its wide enough to fit my big butt on it with room to spare. I am also 6'2" and am able to lay all the way down and still have my head rest on the bench. The handle that is on the bench for help getting on and off also helps. So far I love this machine and am very happy that I purchased it. If you are looking for a good solid investment in your health this is it. Hopefully doing 100+ a day will make for a shirtless spring/summer :-)

5Just right
By Ned Ryerson
This product is very comfortable to use. The back pad is about 2.5" thick. It is neither too hard nor too soft. The ergonomics are good - one size fits all, the foam rollers are positioned comfortably for both adults and 10+ yo kids. The product looks and feels sturdy.

I am 5'9" and when I am in the down position, my head is reaching the edge of the back pad. If you are, say, 6'2 or more, you might wish the back pad a little longer. But it is unlikely for you to go too much overboard that your head hits the floor.

The handle bar is very helpful. It makes getting on or off the bench very easy. I cannot imagine why other products do not have this.

All in all, perfect for me.
