For the money, you can't beat it. Let's you do effective crunches without the neck strain. Yeah, it's a little on the cheap side, but I don't see it breaking anytime soon unless you run it over with a truck. Assembly takes about 20 minutes if you take your time - you need a medium flat head screwdriver to get a couple of screws tight, the supplied philips head tool is not that great.

This is a basic ab exercise and I think it works!
Sometimes I place a small pillow behind my head; the extra cushion helps - plus you can relax your neck muscles easier. I feel anyone can use this machine; I also use a yoga ball under my legs for support and I can roll from side to side --- giving my lower back a good strength as well. Every morning for the past three (3) weeks I'm using this machine and I'm happy to said I'm up to 130 crunches along with stretching out my entire body I am feeling much better about my abs. In addition I do a regular routine at my local gym a few times a week.
I would definitely recommend this piece to anyone.
It's easy to do while watching the morning news channel --- plus I feel great without the morning stiffness!

The ab roller hasn't evolved much as a product over the years, so don't expect an innovative design. It does the job and seems to be holding up well. Easy to assemble but a bit asymmetrical. For that reason only four stars. It's low cost and quality is good enough.
