When I ordered this I wasn't really expecting much but once I received it I loved it.! I thought the bungee cords were going to be some cheap plastic ones that would rip easily but they weren't . its actually some tough stretchable rope type of thing which is great doesn't rip when using. ! I was hoping the dumbells woulda weight at least 5 each or 10 but they both weight 2. I ordered it to do mainly sit-ups to work on my abbs but I ended up doing all sorts of excersize's a on this . Im 5'7 and weight about 125-130 and the bench is comfortable doesn't move at all ! i do recommend this (:
The only bad thing about it was that when I opened it one of the knobs came broken I was disappointed :/ hopefully they could send me a new one or something . But other than that its a good item.

It has more bells than the other benches that are offered at a higher price. The bands are stretchy , to get more resistance loop them around the base of the bench it works fine. Great price, but if your over 250lbs or something this may not be supportive enough.

First it didn't tell you how to put together.then the dumbbells are so light my 4 year old little girl can run laps around the house with both in hands... The bungee cord? What are they for because my grandma could pull these to Mexico. But i guess its ok to lay on and lift my 40lb dumbbells.... So for that i guess its not worth 40 dollars because i could have went to walmart and bought a bench for that and be able to lay on and hold my weight at 270.
