My first impression of the AB trainer is very positive. I put it together in about 5 minutes and it is very sturdy. I have used it several times and it works!
There is padding on the bars, which is nice and comfortable. My head rests on a cushion.
Included in the package are an instruction guide with directions on how to put the AB trainer together and some ideas for exercises. There are photos and a good description. I really like the video on the Amazon website- it gave some good ideas for basic exercises. The suggested exercises are a good challenge for me as I am not in great shape. I think a fit person will have no problems.
I can recommend this product. It is well built and easy to use. A good deal at this price!

Simple to set up and easy to use
I am satisfied with this equipment.
It was easy to put together by following the instruction manual. No small pieces and took only a few minutes.
The product has nice foam padding on the bars. It has been easy to store this item in my closet.
I have been following the training manual that is included and have some positive results. I can feel my stomach muscles tighten and I am motivated to keep going!
All in all - I recommend this product!

I have been wanting an abdominal trainer for a few months and have researched on line. I really wanted a Pro-Ab Trainer but it was $200 which is crazy expensive for what it is. Eventually, I found this product on Amazon and on sale. It was easy to put together and works well. My only complaint is that the headrest is a bit hard and doesn't conform real well; however for the price it is fine. My abs are already looking better.
